Vanguard reports that the trunklines belong to the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company
(NPDC), located on the boundaries of Afiesere and Ekredjebo communities
and Otedo and Edjovwe communities both in Ughelli North and Ughelli
South Local Government Areas of Delta State.
