Students of the Federal University of Owerri, Imo State residing at Umuchima village by Laffarge, lynched two young men who allegedly attempted to steal from the students in their apartment.
An eye witness, one Modili Donstev also known as Aluta Parrot said that the alleged criminals were 3 in number but one escaped.
Many FUTO students were happy for the lynching of the criminals, they said that for the past few months, robbers have been attacking students all over Umuchima and and it's environ.
Another witness by name Gold said that when the students caught the criminals, they dragged them to Ama Hausa where they were lynched
