BREAKING: Muslim Youths Burn Sharia Court To Protest ‘Blasphemous Comments’

Hundreds of Muslim youths have burnt the sharia court located at Rijiyar Lemo area of Kano, Kano state, in protest of “blasphemous comments” made by Abdul Nyassect, a leader of the Tijjaniyya sect.
The sect leader was said to have “made unguarded statements against prophet Muhammad last week”, during his usual preaching at Goron Dutse General area of Kano metropolis. The aggrieved youths marched towards Mandawari and Dandago area, and later to the palace of the emir of Kano to make their complaints. The youths were joined by old Muslim men and women who demanded for Nyassect’s punishment according to Islamic rites.
