FUTO Graduate Accidentally Shoots Self To Death While Testing His New Gun In Imo State

A young man accidentally killed himself when testing his new gun just a day before traveling to Malaysia.

Tony Ezenwa 28, popularly known as Murphiano Lee who lived in Prefab area, Owerri, Imo state and was based in Malaysia saw life leave him on Saturday September 20,when his gun fell from his hand, hit the floor and a bullet discharged through his neck tearing his jugular vein apart.

A reliable source from the Prefab area where the victim stayed exclusively told the National Helm that the victim who was a student of the prestigious Government College Owerri (2004 set) and a graduate of Federal University of Technology Owerri FUTO was a prolific internet fraudster (Yahoo boy) based in Malaysia with series of landed properties and automobiles, and was in Nigeria when the unfortunate incident occurred.

Murphiano who got married only four months back was in company of his colleagues and friends, carousing in preparations to head back to base (Malaysia) the next day when he decided to test his new toy. The source also divulged that the victim thought he had cleared all the bullets from the gun not knowing one was lurking around the corner seeking whom to devour.

Family members have refused to comment on the incidence as they grieve his death and prepare for
his funeral.
