Nigerian Senate Okays Compulsory Treatment Of Gunshot Victims

The Nigerian Senate on Tuesday passed the Compulsory Treatment and Care of Victims of Gunshots Bill, which seeks to compel hospitals to treat persons with gunshot wounds before obtaining police report.
