Security Alert! ISIS Set To Use Mobile App To Indoctrinate, Radicalize Nigerian Children

The Nigerian Federal Government has alerted Nigerians to the existence of a newly-launched mobile application developed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) for propagating Jihad to children.

This is contained in a statement issued on Thursday in Abuja by the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.
