Niger Delta Militants Threaten To Resume Attacks On Oil Installations

An amalgamation of militant groups in Nigeria's oil-rich Niger Delta region have threatened to resume attacks on oil installations in the region over alleged unfulfilled promises by the Federal Government to the people of the oil rich region.
