Boko Haram: NSCDC Borno Command Trains 50 Civilians on Surveillance, Intelligence Gathering

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Borno State Command, on Monday said it had started training 50 civilians on surveillance and intelligence gathering to curtail terrorism in the state.
